Thank you for shopping at ImaginaryxArt. All products sold on our website (https://imaginaryart.shop/) are handmade, original artworks crafted with care and skill. Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

2. No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

 

2.1 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind after placing an order. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 

2.2 Colour & Texture Variations

All our products are handmade. Natural variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted art. These variations are not defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

2.3 Shipping Delays

Delays in delivery caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control do not qualify for a refund.

 

2.4 Digital Screen Differences

Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the actual product due to variations in display settings, lighting, and photography. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

2.5 Incorrect Size or Style Selection

It is the customer's responsibility to review product dimensions, descriptions, and specifications before placing an order. Orders placed with incorrect size or style selections are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

2.6 Custom & Commission Orders

Custom artwork and commission orders are entirely non-refundable. Once a custom order has been accepted and production has commenced, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

 

2.7 Transit Damage

While we take every care in packaging our products, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend that customers inspect their package upon delivery and raise any concerns directly with the courier. ImaginaryxArt will not issue refunds for items damaged during shipping.

 

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely dispatch, and cancellations are not possible after the order confirmation stage.

Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

 

4. Incorrect Items Dispatched

In the rare and exceptional circumstance that an entirely different product (not the one ordered) is delivered to you, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our contact page with photographic evidence. We will review such cases at our sole discretion.

This is the only exception to our no-refund policy, and resolution (if applicable) will be determined solely by ImaginaryxArt. This does not constitute a general right to a refund.

Note: Minor packaging differences or variations in handmade finish do not qualify under this clause.
