Variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade art and are not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the website is entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

 

4.3 Custom & Commission Orders

For custom art commissions, specific terms will be communicated and agreed upon before the order is confirmed. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless the final product materially differs from what was agreed upon in writing.

 

5. Pricing, Payment & Orders

All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

5.1 Free Shipping Threshold

Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 1,200. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

 

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

• Net Banking

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select pin codes

 

5.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms receipt of your order, not shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

 

5.4 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on the website, we will contact you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and may offer international shipping on select items. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

6.1 Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Domestic (India): 5 to 10 business days

• Custom / Commission Orders: 10 to 21 business days (communicated at time of order)

• International Orders: 15 to 30 business days (where applicable)

 

6.2 Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the courier. We will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving courier-related issues.

 

6.3 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering. ImaginaryxArt is not liable for orders that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As our products are handmade and each piece is unique, we have a limited returns policy. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

 

7.1 Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged or broken during transit

• The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown on the website

• The wrong item was delivered

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Custom or commission orders (once production has commenced)

• Items returned without prior written approval from us

• Minor colour or texture variations inherent to handmade art

 

7.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

7.4 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return, you may place a new order once the return has been approved and processed.
